I’m a long-time graduate student (now a Ph.D. candidate trying to finish writing and thinking about getting a job). I re-discovered knitting about 5 years ago. As is often the case, knitting was the gateway beginning. Over the last few years, I’ve started spinning, crocheting, sewing, and most recently quilting. There are few arts/crafts that I don’t enjoy and they make such good procrastination tools.
